Jesus Model of a Leader

When Jesus came to this world changed the whole philosophy of Leadership such that all of us who claim to be leaders in the churches have no choice but to follow his type of Leadership.  It is obvious that we all want to be leaders of some kind, but the issue is what type of legacy are we going to leave behind when we have left the position.  Remember your type of leadership is known when you are out of the position.
